"Can order at the counter or online. But if you do order online, remember to order it at the correct outlet. Nice and clean environment in the shop. Can get quite busy, had to wait 20mins for my order on a Saturday night. Staff were actually quite friendly, contrary to what other reviewers noted. Drinks were nice and thick too!"

"Relatively quieter and less patronised chagee outlet. Will get your drinks in 15 mins on a sat evening during dinner time. There are enough seats during the dinner time as well. Milk wise, ok. Singapore milk, one mouth and I feel like I have stomachache. Here, no."

"The atmosphere here in chagee gives you an escape from the very hot Malaysia. Brings you to a dreamy space, tea infused air, it does provide a differing experience to the others as it’s a quaint small space among all the shop houses. And it stands out itself. Drinks are great! It’s made to order. Might need to wait about 10 minutes. The peach oolong is subtle and tastes great."

"Very beautiful and well decorated interior design in a hot Mount Austin. Recommended to come here and chill if you are waiting for KTV slot or taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding. Prices are standard and drinks are same as any other Chagee."
